External Business Services

Blue Pill Enterprise provides tailored external business services, such as Business Consultation, Customer Service Consultation, and External Seminars. These services are offered under separate, custom service agreements and are subject to the following terms:

1. Custom Pricing and Service Agreement
   Each external business service is custom priced based on your specific needs. The scope, deliverables, fees, and any applicable cancellation or refund policies will be set forth in the individual service agreement provided at the time of booking or registration.

2. Service Modifications and Cancellations
   Any modifications to service schedules or content must be agreed upon in writing. Should you elect to cancel a service prior to the initiation of any preparatory work, you may be eligible for a partial refund subject to any applicable non-refundable deposits. Cancellation policies, including any fees for appointments (e.g., cancellations within [specify time frame, such as 24 hours]), will be clearly defined in your service agreement.

3. Payment Terms
   All payments for these external business services will adhere to the terms specified in your custom agreement. Accepted payments are subject to the conditions outlined in that agreement, and deposits for confirmed bookings may be non-refundable once the service has been scheduled or initiated.

4. Liability and Dispute Resolution
   Blue Pill Enterprise will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from these services. Any disputes arising from your engagement in these external business services will be resolved in accordance with the governing law of the State of Florida and any dispute resolution procedures outlined in your individual service agreement.

5. Acceptance of Terms
   By registering for or utilizing these external business services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this section as well as any additional conditions specified in your individual service agreement.

 

Partnership & Sponsorship Campaigns

By participating in our partnership and sponsorship campaigns, you acknowledge and agree that contributions are made in support of our fundraising efforts for the acquisition of a semi-truck. Such contributions are subject to separate terms as outlined in the specific campaign agreement, which may specify that funds are non-refundable except under defined circumstances. Blue Pill Enterprise reserves the right to modify campaign-specific terms, and any changes will be communicated to contributors in writing. Any disputes arising from these contributions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the individual campaign agreements.”

​Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or eliminated, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
