Business Consultation Terms & Conditions

By booking a consultation with Blue Pill Enterprise, you agree to the following framework for our professional engagement:

 

1. Initial Consultation (Free)

Purpose: The introductory 1-on-1 session is a discovery meeting designed to discuss your business goals, current challenges, and potential areas of support.

No Obligation: This initial session is complimentary and carries no obligation to purchase further services.

​

Scope: No formal business advice or deliverables are provided during this initial discovery phase.

2. Post-Consultation Estimating

Tailored Packages: Because every business is unique, pricing is not "one size fits all." Following our initial meeting, we will design a service package tailored specifically to your needs.

 

Estimated Invoice: Within [Insert Number, e.g., 48] hours of our consultation, you will receive an estimated invoice detailing the proposed services and associated costs.

 

Valid Period: Estimates are valid for [Insert Number, e.g., 14] days from the date of issuance.

 

3. Scope of Work & SLA Development

Collaborative Definition: Before any work begins, both parties will collaborate to define the specific "Scope of Work."

 

The SLA: Once the scope is finalized, a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) will be created. This document will outline project timelines, specific deliverables, communication standards, and final payment terms.

 

Execution: Work officially commences only after the SLA has been signed by both parties and any required initial deposits (as outlined in your estimate) have been received.

 

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Notice: We value your time and ask that you value ours. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your free consultation.

 

No-Shows: Repeated no-shows for free consultations may result in the inability to book future sessions without a nominal deposit.
