Notary Service Policy

Effective: June 17,2025

By booking an appointment with Blue Pill Enterprise, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Identification Requirements

Valid ID is Mandatory: Every signer must present a current, government-issued photo ID at the time of the appointment (e.g., Florida Driver’s License, U.S. Passport, or State ID).

Expired IDs: Per Florida law, expired IDs cannot be accepted unless they were issued within the last 5 years and contain a serial number.

Incomplete ID: If an appointment cannot be completed because a signer lacks proper identification, the Travel Fee is still non-refundable.

2. Document Preparation

No Blank Spaces: Please ensure all documents are filled out completely except for the signature fields. Notaries are legally prohibited from notarizing documents with blank spaces.

No Legal Advice: As Notaries Public, we are not attorneys. We cannot explain the legal effect of your documents or assist in drafting them.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Notice Period: Please provide at least 2 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Travel Fee Policy: If the Notary has already departed for your location or arrives at the meeting point and the signing cannot proceed (due to missing signers, missing ID, or refusal to sign), a Convenience/Trip Fee will be charged.

4. Travel & Wait Times

Wait Time: Your appointment includes a 15-minute grace period. If the signer is delayed longer than 15 minutes, a wait fee of $15 per 15-minute increment may apply.

Travel Zones: Please ensure you have selected the correct "Travel Add-on" for your location (Marion Oaks, Ocala, or Extended County) to ensure accurate pricing.

5. Payment

Payments are due at the completion of the notarial act. We accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Credit Card.
