Refund Policy

At Blue Pill Enterprise, we are committed to delivering exceptional freight services, high-quality merchandise, and reliable notary services. This Refund Policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness for our clients while protecting our business. The following terms apply to our freight transportation service contracts, merchandise sold through our ecommerce store, and in-person notary services.
Section 1. Freight Transportation Services
A. Contract Termination

Termination by Blue Pill Enterprise:
If we are unable to fulfill our contractual obligations for reasons within our control (e.g., operational issues that prevent service delivery), we will notify you as soon as possible. In such cases, any deposits or payments made will be refunded in full. -
Termination by the Client:
If you choose to terminate the contract, please notify us in writing. Refunds for terminated contracts will be considered on a case-by-case basis: -
Before Service Commencement: If you cancel prior to load pickup, any refundable deposit will be returned after deducting any non-refundable administrative fees as stated in the contract.

After Service Commencement: If cancellation occurs after the service has started, refunds will generally not be issued, except when partial services were rendered. In such cases, a partial refund may be offered based on the proportion of services not rendered.
B. Mechanical Issues

Service Interruption Due to Mechanical Failure:
In the event that the truck assigned to your freight service experiences significant mechanical issues that prevent safe transportation or cause a delay: -
Substitute Service: We will first attempt to provide a substitute truck to complete the contract.

Refund Option: If a substitute cannot be provided in a timely manner and the service is compromised, you may be eligible for a refund proportional to the value of the disrupted service. The refund amount will be calculated based on the extent of the delay or service interruption relative to the total contract value.
C. Service Dissatisfaction

Reporting Dissatisfaction:
If our service does not meet the contractual requirements, please submit a detailed written complaint outlining your concerns. -
Review Process:
Upon receiving your complaint, Blue Pill Enterprise will assess the issues raised and engage with you to resolve the problem. If your dissatisfaction is found to be directly related to our service shortcomings, we may offer a partial refund in proportion to the impact of the service failure. All decisions regarding service dissatisfaction claims will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
D. Non-Refundable Deposits and Fees

Any administrative or processing fees explicitly labeled as non-refundable in your contract will not be subject to reimbursement.

These non-refundable fees will be clearly outlined in your contract at the time of agreement.
E. Refund Process and Timeline

Review Period:
We will review refund requests within 14 business days of receipt. During this period, we may contact you for additional information. -
Issuance:
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless other arrangements have been made.
F. Modifications to the Refund Policy
Blue Pill Enterprise reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
Section 2.Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Florida.

Section 4. Merchandise Returns and Refunds
This section governs merchandise purchased through our ecommerce store.

Eligibility:
Merchandise purchased from Blue Pill Enterprise's ecommerce store may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging, and must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. -
Exceptions:
Items marked as “final sale,” personalized, custom orders, or those that do not meet the eligibility criteria are non-refundable. -

This section governs in-person notary services provided by Blue Pill Enterprise.

Non-Refundable Fees:
All fees collected for in-person notary services are final and non-refundable once payment is received and the services have been rendered. This policy is clearly communicated at the time the service is arranged.
Section 6. Other Business Services
Blue Pill Enterprise offers customized solutions to address the unique needs of external businesses. These services include, but are not limited to, Business Consultation, Customer Service Consultations, and External Seminars. Due to the tailored nature of these offerings, they are custom priced and governed by individualized service agreements separate from our other service categories.
A. Service Customization and Agreement
All services under this category will be provided in accordance with a bespoke service agreement. This agreement will detail the scope of work, specific deliverables, pricing, deposit requirements, and any cancellation policies tailored to the service. By engaging these services, you agree to the terms as set forth in your individual contract.
B. Cancellation and Refund Terms

Given the personalized nature of these services, refunds are generally not available once work or preparations have begun.

If you choose to cancel a service prior to the initiation of any preparatory work, you may be eligible for a partial refund, less any non-refundable deposit as specified in your agreement.

For scheduled Business Consultations and Customer Service Consultations, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may incur a cancellation fee and will not be eligible for a refund.

For External Seminars, any deposits paid are non-refundable once the seminar is confirmed and scheduled.
C. Dispute Resolution and Communication
Any disputes or concerns regarding these tailored services should be submitted in writing. Blue Pill Enterprise will evaluate each matter on a case-by-case basis and work with you to reach a fair resolution, in accordance with the terms stipulated in your custom service agreement.
Section 7. Partnership & Sponsorship Campaigns
Funds contributed via our partnership and sponsorship campaigns for raising capital for our semi truck are, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, considered non-refundable. In the event of a campaign cancellation or modification due to force majeure or mutual agreement, a partial refund or alternative resolution may be offered, subject to documented non-refundable costs incurred by Blue Pill Enterprise. Detailed terms for partnership and sponsorship contributions will be provided in the individual campaign agreements.
